In 2016, California passed Proposition 64, The Adult Use of Marijuana Act. Proposition 64 allows adults to lawfully possess and use marijuana in California. Colorado, a state that legalized marijuana in 2012, has a presumptive limit of 5-nanograms per milliliter for a blood sample. This means that there is a permissible inference that you were under the influence of marijuana if your blood results were 5-nanograms or above.
